My husband and I just wanted to say THANK YOU very much for absolutely amazing service!! The price was so inexpensive for the AWESOME limo bus, SO WORTH EVERY PENNY and for the chauffeur. He was so much fun!! We had the music pumping and the bus was very rowdy and he just totally went with the flow!! We also had to make an unexpected stop at my husbands grandfathers, who was ill and could not make it to our wedding and the chauffeur did not mind at all. He also drove around giving us our full 4 hours of service. We would recommend you to anyone and everyone!! The service was excellent, the bus would beautiful and huge, the chauffeur deserves a raise for dealing with our crazy wedding party, and you all have been so easy to work with. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! On a 1-10 scale, we give you a 100!!! Thanks again for everything!!

I would never book with this limousine service! Before the country was shut down due to Covid19 we called and spoke with the owner of the company. We asked that in the event our plans were cancelled due to Covid19 would we get our deposit back?" The man chuckled on the phone and told us that we would get all of our money back if the event was canceled due to Covid. We proceeded to book the service. Once our event get canceled due to Covid19 we called and left several messages with his secretary. After 5 calls, the secretary said "I am surprised he has not called you back." He avoided calls for two more weeks and has not returned any of our calls to this day. We disputed the charges with our credit card company and Emperor claims the conversation never happened and they will not refund us our money.

The owner is sneaky and deceiving. Be careful if you think about booking with them and don't believe anything you hear out of their mouth. Get everything in writing. Better yet, book with a more reputable company!!

Let me introduce you to this dreamy couple, Natalie and Jon. They were wed last week in a traditional polish wedding and spirits were so high that not even the Chicago rain could dampen the mood! The couple held an intimate blessing with close family before heading off to their ceremony at Madonna Della Strada Chapel at Loyola University Chicago. After a luncheon for guests and photos along the lake shore, the couple head off to their reception at Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago. The Bluewater Kings Band provided live music as guests dined on more food than I’ve ever seen at a wedding, including borscht, late night tacos, a traditional polish meat hut, and an opulent dessert display! Most importantly, there was vodka. Guests loved all of the intimate polish traditions that were worked into the day! Looking forward to seeing all of the beautiful photos from this day but here is a sneak peek for now! Congratulations to Natalie and Jon!!

This company is amazing! From start to finish. They answered all my questions and in a prompt manner. They let me come in and tour the buses and pick the best one for me. The driver was amazing the whole time. He did all the we asked him to and never complained once. I will recommend this company to all my friends and I wish I was back dancing and signing on the bus lol.
Kicking off wedding season right with Nicole and Andrew! What a lovely wedding on an "almost" Chicago Spring day. Plenty of tears, smiles, goosebumps, Fireball and most importantly, love.

I loved photographing this couple's wedding so much and have so many favorites from their day that I had to break it down into two blog posts. Caitlin + Daniel's wedding day, Part 1, is on the blog!
SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. The limo was an old limo for 12 people (from maybe the eighties) not the 20 person excursion we were supposed to have but worst of all it did not have working AC; the ride to the venue was an hour and a half in a boiling limo; we asked the driver several times if he could do anything like get another limo or anything but he insisted that once we got going it would cool down, we'll it didn't; our photos were ruined, put the wedding party in a foul mood and worst of all the driver not company even apologized (let alone he never opened or closed one door for us). Please save yourself the painful experience and don't use this service. If this is your business, a little advice fire the driver and update your fleet.

Update:
So after speaking with Mark the owner he had the audacity to blame me for not calling him Friday 530p after the terrible limo ride on MY WEDDING DAY; I explained we told the driver several times and he was supposed to call the company; his response: "come on man it only takes a couple minutes"...again on my wedding day. Then he asked why I didn't contact him before leaving a poor Yelp review...when I had already explained to him that I emailed him Saturday morning and called first thing Monday morning (of which they never picked up)....again his response was come on man we were on the other line, you should have called back...keep in mind he never once apologized, took responsibility for his faulty equipment and poor training of his driver (though he later admitted his driver was new and should have called him to come fix the faulty equipment....again that's your training responsibility as the business owner in a service industry)! The owner is a complete jerk on the phone with no remorse for his poor service.
