Hi friends, I’m Sydney Taylor!

I’m so excited to welcome you to my little corner of the wedding world. I’m married to my high school love, Alec, a proud mama to my sweet 5-month-old daughter, Tilly, a believer in Christ, and someone who believes family is absolutely everything.

My favorite part of wedding coordinating is getting to know each wonderful couple and walking alongside them (and their families!) to create a day that feels true to their love story.

Every wedding is unique, and I’m honored to help make sure it’s as unforgettable as the love it celebrates.

3 things brides forget to plan for… but definitely should!

Planning your dream wedding? With all the excitement, it’s easy to miss a few important details. Here are 3 things many brides forget to plan for… but trust me, you'll thank yourself later!

1. The Transition Time Between Events:

Whether it’s from ceremony to cocktail hour or reception to send-off, make sure you build in some buffer time. This keeps things running smoothly (and gives you a moment to breathe!).

2. Who’s in Charge of the Gifts & Cards:

At the end of the night, someone needs to take the gifts and card box. Choose a trusted friend or family member ahead of time so it’s not a last-minute scramble.

3. Emergency Kit Essentials:

Things like fashion tape, safety pins, stain remover, pain relievers, and a phone charger can be total lifesavers on the big day. A good coordinator always comes prepared.
