Holiday lights on the lake is inspired by the Original El Paso Christmas lights at Fred Loya's Home. This show is put together by the original team who started it all with Fred Loya 17 years ago. Fred Loya Partners LLC and SRB Pro put together the display and event on the county property. Fred Loya Partners oversees the entire project, Scott Brown with SRB PRO oversees the build and the acts as the project engineer, and Esteban De La Torre continues to handle the programming of the lights. This show will continue to grow under Fred Loya Parners guidance to create an amazing environment for families to attend at no cost. Show will always be free to the public following Fred Loyas vision and dream 17 years ago. We all hope you enjoy your time at the Holiday Lights on the Lake and we wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
