The Bridal Suite Company

09/30/2026

I love that I took the time to video us!!!! We are “concierging” two weddings this weekend and we can’t wait!!! (Naya Annoni and Karissa Hensel )

This video-

We just arrived at Aldie Mansion | Pennsylvania Wedding Venue after leaving HMU and the bridal party at the hotel.

We transported-

* Gowns and shoes
* Snacks
* Water
* Set up the “emergency items”
* Hunted down the detail box for the detail shots
* Hung the steamed gowns (we did that at the hotel)

Then the girls arrived, and because the timeline was a bit behind we messaged ahead of time for them to be ready for their robe pic immediately. That got the timeline back on track!!

Content creators LOVE us!!! We keep your timeline running (we were 15 minutes ahead of schedule all summer) so making a tik tok video with your girls is not rushed and actually fun.

Here’s what we did for julia brady bridal suite/wedding morning

* Set up breakfast
* While the girls were relaxing we ran the HMU timeline
* Ironed all gowns (including the brides)
* fixed hooks on a bridesmaid’s dress that popped
* took care of the detail shot products for the photographer
* ran to the groomsmen’s room to inform them to get ready for pics
* got bride to the first look spot
* helped bride onto the beach for ceremony
* handed out impromptu white roses to bridal party to be placed on her dads seat to honor his remembrance

These are just some of the things that happened in this particular suite. 11 girls and it was such a smooth running day because there’s always two of us juggling whatever comes up so you can make a fun TikTok video!!!!

We press the gowns, it’s part of our concierge service.

We had no idea it’s becoming our signature thing until the MOB requested that we do “your dress hanging thing”.

So we did.

So we had quite the day leveling up the bridal suite at the lovely Meredith Manor for our bride and her girls.

Our day starts with pressing all gowns then:
* Feeding everyone
*Altering gowns
* Helping the photographers
* Running the rings to the best man

And our new habit - keeping the timeline AHEAD of schedule!!!

If you want a little calm and luxury brought into your wedding morning, reach of to set up a zoom consult or simple phone call.

So these are super common things that get overlooked. We see it all the time.

1. You are all most likely arriving between 7:30-9:00 for HMU. Your ceremony probably starts between 3/4:00. That’s 8 hours without food and probably some alcoholic toast involved. EVERYONE (especially you whether you’re hungry or not) needs to eat.

2. If you can’t get into your venue until later and HMU is happening at another location, make sure everyone has transportation to the venue. This oversight will kill your timeline.

3. Never on anyone’s radar, ever. Your florals are most likely in vases of water. When you hand them out, if the bottom stems aren’t dried, they’ll leave water marks on the dresses. Not the worst thing that could happen but just one less thing to stress about. We have a towel sitting right next to the florals so they can get dried as the girls come to get them.

These three things happen way more than you might realize. This part of your day is the last part that usually gets planned, so preparation will help it flow smoothly for everyone.

Slide into my DM and comment “More Tips” and I’ll give you a few more. Or better yet, set up a free consultation to see how we keep bridal suites stressless, running on time and fun!!

Yes- I’ve put quite a few of our brides in a “bridal time out”.

When those dresses go on everything seems to start ramping up. And that’s usually when some brides hit their limit of holding it all together.

It’s an important day in your life. You’ve been planning this moment forever. And sometimes you need a few minutes to remove yourself, compose your thoughts and get yourself in a good spot.

That’s why we’re there. That’s what we do. We deal with the people in the wedding not the actual details of the reception.

Reach out if you would like more information on our services.
