We’ve done 3 weddings at three different mansions and how a building can elevate the day always amazes me!!!!

* HMU got done at a hotel
* While that was happening, we were steaming gowns and loading up my car with the girls, shoes, dresses, bridal gown, food …
* We head over to your venue early and set up your bridal suite
* You and your bridal party and moms show up and continue to enjoy your morning before the dresses get put on and the photo timeline begins

It’s what we do. It’s how we keep your morning calm. It’s the organization we provide in your bridal suite.

Part of our bridal suite concierge services include minor alterations to the girls gowns or guys suits if needed.

It happens at every wedding. We handle it, then send them down the aisle looking perfect.

This wedding was incredible!! Here’s how we leveled up the bridal suite experience for and her girls.

* Steamed gowns at the hotel
* Did some simple alterations so a couple of gowns fit better
* Got all gowns, shoes and food to the venue’s bridal suite
* Got the timeline back on track !!!!!
* Helped with styling the gowns
* Helped photographers with detail shots
* Kept florals hydrated throughout the day as the girls went out for pics, came back then went out again
* Made sure veil was securely in her hair
* Fluffed the bride right before she headed down the aisle

And that’s only some of it

I can’t tell you how many times a bride was so relieved that we had these in our bags. Seams rip, straps come off, boutineres need some extra help staying put, hat pins give the veil extra support…Pins are your safety nets.

Bobby pin tip - we show up with a dark and lighter color to match the hair color as close as possible.

One of the services we provide is styling you and your girls. This includes:
* Helping you get into your gown
*Fixing any rips,tears, popped buttons, broken zippers…
* Steaming or pressing gowns and guys shirts
* Final fit and fluff before you walk down that aisle
* Bustle help

Your walk down the aisle is a big moment of your wedding day.

It’s your grand entrance.

If The Bridal Suite Co. is your suite concierge service (we’re not full day coordinators), we “style” your gown and veil so your entrance is flawless.

This is just one more little wedding detail that gets forgotten but is pretty important

Tip: put someone in charge to style you and it shouldn’t be your mom or MOH (they’ll also be walking in). Ask your venue coordinator, relative/friend or another guest ahead of time to cover this job.

It’s going to be such an amazing day - trust me!!

“No no, we’ve got this, you just sit down and relax”

That’s exactly what you’ll hear if we’re in your bridal suite because this is what we’re doing behind the scenes while making sure you’re having a stress free morning:

* Steaming and pressing gowns
* Keeping HMU on schedule
* We bring matching thread to fix any wardrobe malfunctions
* Communicate with your photographer so all your first looks happen on schedule
* Help you into your gown then step away for the all important MOB pic
* Tie bow ties and help pin the guys boutonnières on ( I show up with extra pins)
* Fluff you and send you down the aisle then head back into the suite and organize and pack up food
* Plus a ton of other things that come up (every wedding is different)

Our starting package that includes all this and more is $600 (that includes a travel fee of up to 2 hours)

When no one is assigned to keep your bridal suite on track, timelines quietly fall apart-and stress fills the room (and it happens real quick).

Our role isn’t to run your wedding day.

It’s to run the wedding morning.

We’re behind the scenes making sure:
✔️your first looks happen on time
✔️we work with your photographer to get you in the place your supposed to be while they’re setting themselves up
✔️the morning flows calmly, not chaotically

As one of our MOBs put it:
“ You were the quintessential support we needed to get through that part of the day”

During your consult, I get all your first looks and timeline schedule, reach out to your photographer so they know there’s an extra set of hands to help them out and once in your bridal suite, my team and I keep your wedding morning on schedule.

We “concierged” the heck out of this bridal suite last Friday. Here’s a list of some things we took care of for the bride and her party

* Pressed bridesmaid dresses
* Fitted one bridesmaid’s dress with a few stitches because the alteration stitching popped
* Altered MOB dress (extra charge for that, not part of our regular package price)
* Arranged tables for food
* Handed out shawls
* Got gown and veil hung for their picture
* Helped with and organized flat lay pieces
* Handled wedding license confusion
* Pressed a few of the guys’ shirts
* Handed out bouquets
* Helped groom surprise the bride with his gift to her
* Handed out shawls
* Gave countdown to girls for pictures
* Rigged up a bouquet for the photographer
And this is just some of the stuff we were in the background doing for Maddie and Anthony’s wedding
