The ruby gemstone is a symbol of passion, devotion & eternal love. Reaching the 40th anniversary is a remarkable achievement, as it represents a lifetime of shared experiences, memories, and growth as a couple.

Hosting an event is not just about setting a table or arranging florals. It's creating an ambiance where your guests feel transported into another world!

I had the honor of helping a client create an atmosphere inspired by the French Countryside. The look was complete with vineyard inspired chairs, crisp white linen, & amazing French cuisine by Blue Radish Catering.

Plus, a welcome drink is always an elegant way to set the tone. Especially if it's a beautiful glass of champagne 🥂🍾

Children's birthday planning tip:

Remember to tailor your celebration around your child's needs. It's easy to get caught up in party planning & wanting to create the most magical experience (which you will 👏).

-If your child still naps, plan to for guests to arrive after nap time.

-Feed your little one a well-balanced meal to counteract the inevitable sugar overload.

-Keep it simple. If your child gets overwhelmed, create moments of calm in-between the party. Many pandemic babies can easily become over stimulated.
