Everything is going to be okay 🩷✨

Woof. I needed to hear this today, just as much as I needed to share it. Life is hard. Owning a business is hard. Remembering to thaw the chicken for dinner, moving the laundry from the washer to the dryer, all while making time for family and relationships is hard. It’s exhausting trying to accomplish everything.

Here’s a gentle truth God reminded me of last night:

Your job is not to succeed. It’s not to create beautiful events. It’s not even to make money. Your job is to love people well.

That’s it - one job. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in all the “shoulds” and “have-tos” that bombard us everyday. If I’m honest, most days I feel like I’m failing. But then I’m reminded that Jesus already succeeded- he won and achieved perfect love on the cross so I wouldn’t have to earn it.

Life looks a whole lot more joyful and beautiful when I live out of that abundance and grace. So, the next time you’re doubting yourself, remember there is someone who believes in you and loves you no matter what - his name is Jesus. If you don’t know that kind of love and support yet, I’m here to remind you that it exists 🩷
