📣 Attention OKC Area Pokémon & TCG Vendors! 📣
A brand-new Card Show Series is coming to the Oklahoma City market — and it’s built by vendors, for vendors. Tyler and I are both vendors and long-time OKC metro residents. After looking for more opportunities to vend locally, we decided to invest in our Pokémon/TCG communities and host our own shows! We are very thankful for our existing OKC show promoters/hosts and wanted to build our community further and provide more opportunities for our local vendors.
Here’s what you can expect when you reserve a table:
✅ Comfortable vending environments for vendors and guests
✅ Free admission for guests
✅ Vendor spotlight & pre-show promotion on social media — we’ll make sure everyone knows who’s vending, what you’re bringing, and where to find you.
✅ Event marketing — promoted through social media and local businesses to maximize reach and foot traffic.
✅ Hourly giveaways for guests — vendor gift card prizes that bring customers right to your table. You make the sale, the customer walks away happy, and we reimburse you the amount of the gift card.
✅ Tables & tablecloths provided (6’ at Holiday Inn, 8’ at Will Rogers). The 8’ tablecloth from Will Rogers is yours to keep as a first-time vendor gift.
✅ Lunch provided daily (1 per vendor reservation — extras available for $10)
✅ Vendor loyalty program — buy 10 tables, get your next table FREE ($125 value at Will Rogers)
✅ 🎁 Vendor Appreciation Giveaway — Entry is automatically included with your table reservation. No separate ticket purchase necessary.
💰 Table Prices:
