✨Meet the Heart Behind 1-Thirteen Events✨

Hello everyone! My name is Danetra Dunn and I'm the owner and event planner behind 1-Thirteen Events.

I wanted to take a moment and reintroduce myself for those who may not know me. I was born and raised in Eastland, Texas. I graduated from Eastland High School in 2003 and pursued my education in counseling. I became a Licensed Substance Counselor and practiced in the field for 13 years. I'm the mother of a beautiful daughter, Za'Nyea Dunn (aka, Z).

For those of you who know me, you know I LOVE creating and planning events from start to finish, big and small. Seeing the vision come to life from paper to reality and watching others enjoy their special moments together with friends and family brings me overwhelming joy.

I’ve always been passionate about event planning ever since I helped my aunt Hjardist plan a few events when I was younger and dreamed of one day turning it into a business. Now, I’ve finally made that dream a reality.

Thank you for being here, supporting this little dream of mine and watching 1-Thirteen Events grow. I can't wait to see where God leads me on this journey and the plans He has for 1-Thirteen Events in the days, months and years to come.
