TJM Ministries is a wedding officiating service based in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. We travel, and are committed to those near and far.

1. Spouse name.
2. US government issued ID Verification.
3. Location, time and date for requested services.
4. Health check, has anyone been exposed or positive with COVID-19.
5. Special requests to include within your ceremony.
6. Have you filled out a Marriage Certificate application.
