From the very first time we chatted over the phone, to the moment you stepped into my salon for your trial we instantly clicked and I felt like I had been your friend for so long! I’m almost positive that this is a reoccurring nightmare for every bridal hair or makeup artist. 🤣😂 (It’s also why I never skip back or leg day. 🤭💪🏼)

And while it’s never expected, the thoughtfulness of having a bridesmaid or groomsmen offer to help drag our kits up the stairs is always greatly appreciated! 🫶🏻🥰

Lead Bridal HMU and my right hand woman!! 👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏾🫶🏻🤏🏼

Me and Mo have been friends for nearly a decade!!! It all started back in our Ulta beauty days. Monae worked for benefit brow bar, and I was a freelance MUA with Estée Lauder!! 😭🥹

Anytime we worked together, we would eat insane amounts of DQ, hibachi and pretzels! 😆 We would talk makeup all day long, swatch literally everything in the store and we’d laugh uncontrollably in the break room.

Throughout the years, I’ve been so blessed to watch Monae grow both as an artist and as a person and I’m very grateful to have her on my team. 💗🥹

A little more about Monae: 📝

-This is her 5th wedding season with Roxee Bridal!
-She’s a licensed cosmetologist/estie and permanent makeup artist.
- She owns her own space where she does PMU!
- Her specialty makeup look is soft or glam with flawless skin! (She’s also great at natural makeup!!)
- She’s a pisces! (To her core lol)
- Shes an amazing cook and can bake!!
- She’s the QUEEN of eyebrows!
- She has an infectious laugh and will have you giggling within 5 minutes of meeting her.

If you have Moane as your wedding hair and makeup artist l this year, you are SO LUCKY!! 🫶🏻 Not only will you look perfect, but you are going to have the best morning because she’s with you! 💗
