One of the biggest benefits of having a planner or coordinator is creating space for your entire vendor team to fully focus on what they do best.

When someone is managing the timeline, communication, transitions, logistics, and moving pieces behind the scenes, it creates a smoother experience for everyone involved…. especially the couple at the center of it all 🤍

From the florals, to the sweetest dog 🐾 to the live music 🎶 to the espresso martini cart ☕️ to the cake at every table 🍰 to the tambourines on the dance floor 🪩✨ this celebration was so fun, so thoughtful, and so perfectly them!

It was so sweet getting to watch Jacob + Jackie’s love displayed throughout every part of the day and getting to be such a small part of such an important season in their lives.

I loved helping bring this day to life for a family so close to my heart 🤍

Over the last 6+ months, I’ve had the joy of partnering with ESP and the Big Voyage committee to bring a brand new waterfront fundraising experience to life here in Savannah.

Designing a guest experience across the lawn, docks, and yachts while making it all feel seamless, welcoming, fun and centered around ESP’s mission from start to finish.

From sunset yacht hopping to oysters, live music, beautiful florals, and one seriously generous crowd, this night was such a special one to be part of. But beyond all of the beautiful details, the most meaningful part was watching a community come together in support of ESP’s mission… creating spaces where individuals with disabilities experience true belonging, purpose, and joy.

Hearing the Spencer family’s story, celebrating two Joyristas receiving their white aprons, and watching this community raise over $310,000 for summer camp are moments I will not forget!

So grateful for the trust from ESP, an incredible committee, our presenting sponsor and the vendor partners who helped bring this inaugural event to life. 🫶🏼🛥️
