We are asking $24,000 for everything. That’s the trailer, prep table, electric warmer, steam table, cambro, smoker, refrigerator, mandoline, generator, steps, 2 large BBQ flags, stool to sit on at the window, and some paper supplies, boxes etc if someone doesn’t want to do smoked food and doesn’t want some of these items the price is negotiable and we will sell the items separately. It is with sadness that we announce we will be selling the food truck. When we started this adventure Jesse had 3 days a week off allowing him to follow his dream. Over the last year it changed to 2 days off then ultimately only 1 day a week off. The food truck business made good money but is unpredictable so at this time full time employment makes more since. We thank you all for your support of our adventure and the compliments we received. It was our honor to serve you.

We haven’t forgotten you! We hope to be out again. With Jesse working 6 days a week at Honeywell it has been impossible for us to get out with the food truck. Hopefully it will slow down and he will get weekends off again so we can share his love for Smoking Meats! Thank you for your support!

Smokin Cole’s will be in the parking lot of the Bethel Church in Nebraska City on Saturday July 5th from noon to 7 pm for the Fourth of July Celebration. Come see us for some delicious food and enjoy the activities!! There will be bounce houses and a car show at the Bethel church as well! Then at dusk the Jaycees will be setting off fire works!
