• Full planning ~12–18 months out (often before the venue)
• Month-of / partial ~6–12 months out
• Day-of support reserved ~4–6+ months ahead (even though the heavy lift is closer to the wedding)

Local tip: spring & fall Saturdays at sought-after venues often book 12–18 months ahead — so venue + photographer + coordinator are the calendars to protect first.

Feeling incredibly grateful going into the busiest stretch of the year. 🤍🌿

The next few months are looking FULL, and I truly cannot thank my couples enough for trusting Wildflower Weddings TX with such an important part of their day.

I’m working extra hard this month wrapping up timelines, final details, vendor coordination, rehearsals, and wedding days for my upcoming couples, while also welcoming new inquiries for the remaining 2026 dates and beyond.
