Here is everything you need to know for tomorrow’s sharing is caring color blast event. I’m making it easy for everyone.

But first, what can I say, The support and turn out for tomorrow’s sharing is caring event in Newark, Delaware is simply put AMAZING!
150 people coming (if you want to join me those 150 people, contact us immediately.

So you can plan accordingly:
Cash, cash app, Venmo and credit cards are accepted

Beer, wine, water and soda (Coke products) - included
Food - Brisket, ziti, salad, rolls, green beans and a dessert spread included
Dueling DJ’s - think dueling piano bar just up a few notches - included
Amazing Door prizes - included
Special guest MC - included
Dancing - included
Singing - included

Cash bar available for liquor / mixed drinks

Raffle baskets (see attached photos for some previews) are 3 tickets for $5 dollars or arms length of tickets for $20
Raffles will be pulled at 9:15.

Silent auctions bid as High as you want. Silent auction will close at 9:15.

Jell-O shots (a variety of 400 of them) - $1 a piece

Balloon Pop - $10 a balloon and prizes include: house cleaning, $25 resturant gift cards, transportation gift cards, custom hats, tattoo gift certificate and more

Liquor toss - 3 tosses for $5 or 10 tosses for $10. Win the bottle you ring

Bucket of booze - $10 or 3 tickets for $20. Sooooo many bottles of alcohol. You won’t need to buy alcohol for 6 months.

Dueling DJ’s - request a song, write a message on the board, embarrass your fiends on stage (no donation needed but requests will be handled in order of generosity)

Door prizes include- included and include tanning gift cards, tumblers and more

When you get there, give your name at the check in desk and fill out your door prize ticket.

All proceeds tomorow go directly to helping families with children in need this holiday season with gifts under the tree, bills, clothes, food, house hold essentials, and more. With USDP sharing is caring being a certified 501c3 Your generousity is tax deductable and you pick up a receipt on your way out of the event if wanted from any USDP staff member.

Wear what you wish. The theme is color blast and every table is decorated a different color. (Kim is wearing a dress and does not own regular clothing, Phil will probably wear jeans and a polo or eagles / Phillies jersey). In other words - when it comes to what you wear You Do You Boo but ladies ( . )( . )’s are always good and encouraged. Just saying

There seems to be a lot of people planning drinks afterwards as well. So mingle and talk to people.

Again this is Kim’s heart and soul and the support is and has been truly amazing. Just know how much of a difference you are making to families and kids this upcoming holiday season.

Keeping with the mission of the USDP Sharing is Caring Program, we have had an amazing business reach out to Kim and purchased the tickets for the last 2 tables (20 tickets) to this Saturday’s Beef & Beer. They believe in mission and goal of the Sharing Is Caring Program so much that they wanted to be a part of this great program.
And Sticking with what Sharing is Caring is all about, They want to donate those 20 tickets to anyone wishing to come, who could not get a ticket and who does not already have a ticket.
We can’t thank them enough.
For anyone who knows Kim and how much this means to her, this is what the Sharing Is Caring program is all about and Kim’s vision and dedication since day one
