This weekend we had the honor of preparing a private tasting for an upcoming wedding celebration. When it comes to weddings, every detail matters — especially the food.
Here’s what the couple selected for their special day:

Brisket ($25/lb, 1/2lbs $14), Ribs (Full Rack $25, Half Rack $14), Pork or Chicken BBQ ($13/lbs, 1/2lbs $7) and Sides (Ex. LG $9 32oz, LG $6 16oz, SM $3 8oz) Green beans, Mac And Cheese, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Brisket Baked Beans.

Happy Easter Richmond, VA!! Your private BBQ chef is gearing up for our first smoking session of 2024 and we are taking pre-orders for this weekend. We will have brisket, ribs, smoked chicken, and chicken BBQ available. We will open our link for pre-orders and prices later today or you can reach out to me directly as always to get your orders in. We will have pickup and delivery times for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday posted later today as well.
