When we got the call to design a corporate dinner inside the prestigious Museum of Modern Art in NYC we were….awestruck! Our work would temporarily live inside one of the top art institutions in the world, alongside some of all-times most relevant brush strokes. Quickly, brush strokes became the inspiration, and we created a seamless symphony of bright colors and impressionistic textures. From finding the perfect velvet fabric that covered the tables, to hand-painting the lampshades, and sewing the vases that housed a symphony of peach—toned Dahlias. Every moment of this project was like working to realize a life-long dream.

One stage. One vision. Over one hundred unforgettable details…
Once upon a time, we had the honor of designing and producing “The Greatest Mitzvah on Earth,” by turning the legendary stage of the Fillmore Miami Beach into a circus-inspired playground for over 400 guests.

Imagine stepping into a space where bold graphics, whimsical custom chandeliers and bespoke everything meet…

Too many details to count… From the custom lounges with a balancing ball, to playful zebra-head vases overflowing with bright blooms—because when you bring the circus to life, even your florals need to perform. Just in artwork alone, our graphic design team tackled over 100 distinct designs for this ONE event!

This project was a perfect blend of creative challenge and pure joy, and it reminded us why we do what we do: designing moments that feel one-of-a-kind in spaces that already hold history and heart.

We had the most fun transforming the mezzanine at The Fillmore Miami Beach into the “Magic Lounge” for the adult cocktail hour of “The Greatest Mitzvah on Earth” (please note this was the actual event theme and not a moment of self-proclamation).

When we design, we aim to create a mood that carries seamlessly from the decor we manage, to other aspects of the event that are outside of our realm but still impact the guest experience. From floating cards behind the flair bartenders, to the roaming magician leaving everyone in awe, it’s all equally as important when the ultimate goal is to surprise and delight the guests.

Once it was all said and done, we felt proud of the work, but the true sense of accomplishment came weeks later when we got the photos and saw the guests having the best time in the environment we created.

You will want to keep swiping ➡️➡️➡️➡️ to discover the speakeasy that never existed. Let’s face it, many times when we get hired for an event, the venue makes sense as far as location, or offering, but it is not the vibe our clients want. For every project, the complexity of the transformation is determined by how much we want the space to morph into what it isn’t, at least for six hours. Do you think anyone that stepped into this room would have guessed that they were standing in the middle of a white, modern space? This corporate activation required wall and floor treatments, lighting fixtures, and an array of eclectic furniture to disguise as an old-world bar lounge. A special thanks to J***y and the incredible team at for allowing us to do what we love most. And to for trusting us with this special project.

Because let’s face it, all the photos in social media show the pretty, the perfect, the ten angles that look best. And since we are very proud of our accomplishments, we are sharing you some of our favorite photos captured by from the finished work FIRST! ⭐️

ONLY if you are wondering how we get there, KEEP SWIPING. ➡️➡️➡️ Because event vendors (including us, until now) often spare you of the undone, and the challenges we had to overcome before we got to the finish line…so here is our aim to lift the veil, and let you into the world for this F1 suite build out.

Truth is, most projects have their difficult moments, some in the design phase, some in ex*****on, some during installations. We know to prepare for the expected, because there is (almost) always that little surprise element, that ONE piece of the puzzle that doesn’t want to work the way it was designed to, and causes us to rise to the challenge. For this project, that piece was none other than the facades of the bar, the focal point of the room. As it turns out, the tiny brass mosaic tiles, which came with their own adhesive, displaced with the heat, and refused to line up perfectly. This means that a couple of days from turn over, we took apart the entire bar (over 40’ of linear surface), and it went back to carpentry for a remake with a new material. Double the investment, sure. Double the energy, without a doubt. But we hope you agree that the results were well worth all of the efforts!
