The manager of the store, Moises Dominguez is super rude and lies to the customer. He does not have any sense of customer service and treat the customers like he doesn't care if the store goes out of business. I've try to contact the owner of the store to make a complaint but I was told by him that they were going to be there certain time and date however he instructed the other staff members to lie and say that they didn't come.
Super bad customer service. The manager at the store located at 107th avenue in Doral is super rude with very bad manners. He does not help the customers. I begged him to help me with some return that I just made a purchase of a merchandise and he was very nasty and rude to me and refused to pay attention to what I was saying. He thinks he owns the store and that he doesn't have to help the customers. He does not know how to be a manager and what is customer service.
