YOO WYLDE ONES! It’s Gravel Revival time! Every year, 1000+ Mountain Bikers come to Hickman County to race on the glorious dirt roads that our area dutifully maintains; and every year without question you will find us there keeping these folks fed and hydrated as they break records and fly down the hills. You can catch us at GRAVEL REVIVAL Both Friday and Saturday this year! We will also be at Chappells on Hickman on Sunday, and our head chef Chris will be doing SUPPER AND SONG- A BENEFIT FOR THE ARK this Sunday as well with a phenomenal tasting that blends foods from all of our ventures.

One of the Pizza Truck’s batteries decided it simply could not go on this morning, causing us to be about 30 minutes late for the shift today- so if you were here waiting on us at 11, that’s why we were late! But we are here now serving till around 8 tonight.

I was initially worried about coming too often, but last week was our fourth week coming to your city and sales were absolutely incredible! We will continue to come through as long as the support is there, plus we’ve really enjoyed meeting you all and accumulating regulars!

A lot of folks have been telling us to come to Linden, so I wanted to gauge interest. If you’d like our scratch made wood fired pizza truck to come to Linden please comment on and like this post.

WHAT MAKES OUR PIZZA DIFFERENT?
All of our dough is made from scratch with Fresh Baker’s Yeast and OO Flour, no crazy chemicals or stabilizers. This means our product is 100 Times easier to digest than your favorite chain pizza.

Any ingredients that we cannot make ourselves are locally sourced. All killer, no filler. Using scratch made or locally sourced products drastically cuts down on chemicals, preservatives, and nasty things that shouldn’t be in your food in the first place. Some of our locally sourced product includes:
