While the couple was off taking photos, I was behind the scenes preparing the experience waiting for them and their guests.

Hospitality is about anticipating needs before anyone has to ask. I was walking the room from a guest’s perspective, making final adjustments, coordinating with vendors, confirming service timing, refining the details, and ensuring every element was ready to welcome everyone into the celebration.

The goal isn’t just for everything to look beautiful—it’s for the entire evening to feel effortless, intentional, and genuinely cared for. That’s the kind of hospitality guests remember long after the celebration ends.
