everything bagel and sausage sando, feta and spinach eggs and sourdough toast, lots of yogurt bowls and fruit with toasted pecans or granola, fresh pressed beet and citrus juice, steak and eggs, and of course lots of Greek yogurt smoothies.

yesterday I had the pleasure of catering a harvest inspired farm-to-table grazing set up for the Belle Isle Nature Center and Code:Grow for their special date night event and ugh, this is what I love to do.

apple cider glazed chicken skewers
butternut and whipped feta dip
turkey and swiss sliders with cranberry chutney
roasted harvest veggies topped with feta, pomegranate seeds, and a maple dijon vinaigrette
