One wedding we can’t stop thinking about: McKenzie and Colin’s day at . 🤍

Our sweet couple said “I do” in the ivy-covered courtyard, a backdrop that already felt so romantic. Add in blue and white flowers, and it became the perfect setting. It’s basically like a quintessential English garden party in Michigan. The florals didn’t stop there, as they were repurposed throughout the day, which we always love because it makes the design feel thoughtful and cohesive from ceremony to reception.

Once guests stepped inside the museum, the celebration kept getting better. Surrounded by incredible exhibits, string lights, and floral-lined tables, the space felt picture-perfect. (And yes, there really is an airplane hanging overhead in this venue!)

If Michigan weather keeps feeling like this, we’re starting to believe summer may be here to stay a bit longer, and honestly, we’re not mad about it. Anyone else?! ✨

This wedding gave us butterflies. 🦋

Lindsey and Marshall’s wedding at the was designed with a palette of white and black, with a touch of green.

The reception featured long banquet tables, layered with white linens and soft green runners. Black chairs brought the look together, while ribbon-tied napkins were the perfect addition. (Who doesn’t love a gorgeous place setting?)

Gold candelabras with cascading greenery and black taper candles stole the show, paired with clusters of white and green florals. And can we talk about how good those black candles look in black-and-white photos? 📸

One of our favorite parts of their design was the butterfly seating chart wall. Guests picked their butterfly to find their seat, and so many kept them as a little keepsake to remember the night. (Including us!)

After that, everyone danced the night away. There were so many favorite details from this day, but what we’ll always remember how it all came together perfectly for the sweetest couple. 🤍

Back in May, we had the joy of planning and designing Lindsey and Marshall’s wedding at . The day was filled with so much love, timeless details with modern touches, and the dreamiest florals by . It all came together so beautifully for such a sweet couple, and we are just so happy for them.

A wedding, but make it feel like a chic garden party. 🤍

Emily and Donald’s June wedding at was the sweetest blend of timeless style and fresh summer design.

Striped linens, soft greenery, and classic florals created tables that felt welcoming yet effortless.

Candlelight and natural textures from the lamps and chairs added that extra touch of warmth, making the whole space basically glow.

It already has me dreaming of my weddings to plan for my sweet couples next summer! Can we go back?! ✨

When the bride and groom are big fans. 🤍

Football season isn’t the only season kicking off this weekend: we’re in the thick of wedding season, too. Over the years, we’ve seen so many fun ways couples bring their favorite sports teams and alma maters into their wedding day. Big or small, it can be as simple as waving a flag or as grand as a custom groom’s cake.

And since I went to MSU myself, I may be a little bit biased toward this one.

Kyra and Andrew’s wedding day was picture-perfect. ✨

On the first day of summer, was decorated with hues of pink and blue, while the happy couple was surrounded by their family and dearest friends. It was an absolute joy to bring their dream wedding day to life! How has it already been two months?!

Headed into our fourth busy wedding season and it still feels surreal. 🖤

Sitting in my feelings and soaking in these moments leading up to the start of the crazy.

The last phone calls with couples we’ve spent years getting to know, the first in person hug after meeting electronically for years, to the serene moment right before the ceremony just me, the bride and her aisle escort…

These moments will always be treasured. 🫶🏼
