Our poor beaches. 🥹💔 I’m genuinely sitting here tearing up. I know it’s been a long time since we’ve had one, and it’s fair to say it’s our turn. I accept that, but that doesn’t mean I’m not about to cry over it 😭
If you know anything about me, you know how deeply I love our beaches. I was born and raised here, and I’ve always felt such a strong connection to the Gulf. The water has always been a part of me in a way that’s hard to explain.
I have such a deep respect for Mother Nature. Even in moments like this, when she shows us just how ferocious and incredibly powerful she can be, there’s still something so breathtakingly beautiful about her 🖤
It’s a humbling reminder that as much as we love these beaches, we can’t control them. All we can do is respect them, appreciate them, and hope that when the storm passes, our beautiful coastline can begin to heal.
