Last night, we opened the first development run of SIP, an immersive tasting experience by Culture House Immersive Culture House and produced by The Catamounts The Catamounts
Cole Huling (Cole Huling) had the challenge of designing this show that is completely portable, with every story moment and every taste coming out of a suitcase. It’s a fun night with the Sip Society, gathering strangers to raise a glass! The tastes are delicious, and the stories continue to build. Join us now through Oct 25 in Westminster, CO. As a small, arts-based business, choosing to work or not work in the studio doesn’t have the same impact as a large institution shuttering their doors today. But we are here to say there will be no business as usual as long as immigrants and citizens are in danger due to the actions of this administration.

Our company was built by the descendants of immigrants. We employ immigrants. We admire the rich cultural fabric they bring to our country and our lives. Immigrants include our family, friends, co-conspirators, mentors and clients, and of course our own wonderful neighbors. Without immigrants, we would not exist.

We believe no human is illegal. We advocate for a legal path to citizenship for all immigrants. We demand protection for all humans on US soil, especially children, protesters, artists, journalists and those who dare to speak truth to power.

As always, remember: Art is resistance. Joy is resistance. And we must not look away.
