This weekend, the task was simple, show up at 9:00 PM and help with teardown until 11:00 PM so the bride, groom, their family, and friends could simply enjoy the day.

While everyone else was on the dance floor celebrating, we were stacking chairs, packing up, and taking care of the little things that still needed to get done.

The best weddings are the ones where the people you love get to be guests, not the cleanup crew.

A question every couple should ask before their wedding:

Who is putting everything away at the end of the night?

Most people have a plan for the ceremony.
Most people have a plan for the reception.

Very few people have a plan for all the little jobs in between.

Setting up.
Running errands.

After her daughter's wedding, Melissa (Mother of the Bride) sent us this note:

That's exactly what we strive for: taking care of the little details so couples and their families can focus on enjoying the day.

This weekend, we helped a wonderful couple celebrate their wedding at a beautiful campground on Lake Dillon.

While the bride spent the morning getting ready with family and friends, we handled some of the behind-the-scenes tasks, including picking up desserts from a nearby Airbnb, transporting them to the venue, and getting everything set up and ready to go.

Since the wedding was held at a campground, the bride specifically asked us to help keep the space clean and organized throughout the day. We managed food, trash, and cleanup so guests could focus on celebrating without worrying about attracting wildlife or leaving a mess behind.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for letting us be part of your special day!
