Where the magic happens, Texas Style, or Tex's style. Tex was my nickname as a young child, and BBQ is my passion. 250 gallon smoker in the early stages of fabrication but will be more efficient to serve you. Built a wood rack this weekend and can store up to a cord of wood and keep it off the ground/ concrete.

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving Turkeys🦃

Thanksgiving will be here before you know it. I'm taking orders from now until November 22, for fried turkeys. My turkeys will be moist and full of flavor until the last bite. Fried in Peanut Oil and Southern Cooking oil upon request.
