It was a beautiful day for a wedding! Appetizers were charcuterie boards and bruschetta. Dinner was a garden salad, bread rolls with herb butter, sautéed mixed veggies, garlic butter penne, herb mashed potatoes, lemon garlic chicken and tri tip with chimichurri. It is amazing what using fresh herbs can do for your meals. Instead of grabbing the jar of dried ones in your cupboard, grab some fresh ones and chop them yourself!
