Our Story

Gulf Coast Events and Rentals is a full service wedding and event rental company serving the Gulf Coast. From tables, linens, chairs and tableware to furniture, decor, tenting and lighting, our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring your event is flawless. Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event, private party or school function, we customize each event to meet our clients' exact needs. Our goal is to provide a superior experience with top notch service throughout the design, planning and production of your event. Our newest endeavor, Belforest Pointe, opened in April 2017. Belforest Pointe is an event venue next door to our rental facility, which conveniently provides on-site rentals. It boasts 6,000 square feet of event space that can accommodate parties small or large, an outdoor tented patio with bistro lighting, a bridal suite with floor to ceiling mirrors, a prep room for caterers and 3 acres in the back of our property for an outdoor ceremony or reception.
