Some of you may know that I lost my grandmother in December of 2025. 💔 She was one of the most special people in my life, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. She poured so much love into everything she did, and one of the things she was most known for was her unforgettable banana pudding.
If you’re from Miami-Dade, Florida, chances are you’ve heard about—or been blessed to taste—my grandmother’s famous banana pudding. It wasn’t just a dessert; it was made with love, and it brought people together.
The banana pudding that so many of you know and love from Eb’s Eatz N Treatz is her recipe. I’ve been honored to carry on her legacy by adding my own twist and creating new, exciting flavors while staying true to the foundation she gave me.
I remember telling my grandmother that one day, when her banana pudding became a hit here in Danville, I was going to rename the classic flavor after her. I only wish she were here to see it happen, but I know she’s smiling down on me.
So today, with a full heart, I’m proud to announce that the Classic Banana Pudding at Eb’s Eatz N Treatz will officially be called…

This name is more than a menu item—it’s a tribute to the incredible woman who inspired me, believed in me, and left me with a recipe that continues to bring joy to so many people.
