Yesterday we had the pleasure of serving 300 hungry construction workers at their new Huntington Towers Building. What an experience this was. We got to serve our BBQ 28 floors up in the Boston skyline. Absolutely incredible! What made it even better was that I got to do it with an amazing crew. Huuuge shout out to my dude Chris from who helped with prep and service for this event, as well as my sons Anthony and Vinny . This was one to remember. Thank you to my boy Ken Drolette for making this all happen! See you on the next one!

This past Sunday we had the pleasure of feeding the DePasquale Family in Lynnfield. Happy 1st birthday to Franky! So happy we could be part of this families celebration. It was a super exciting day and we were honored to be a part of it. Thanks again for having us! 🔥💨

We did a private event last weekend in Boxborough for Fantasy Football Draft. On the menu was brisket, pulled pork, ribs, bone-in chicken thighs, and pork belly burnt ends, served with Mac, beans, corn, mashed potatoes, and slaw. Thanks for having us and looking forward to coming back next year!

Great day yesterday at the Bernabei residence in Lynnfield. Congrats to Jarad on graduated high school and now is off to Marist to play D1 Football. On the menu today was Texas style brisket, NE Carolina style pulled pork, and St. Louis Style ribs, burnt ends, mac & cheese, fresh corn off the cob with jalapeño butter and lime juice, as well sweet vinegar southern slaw.

What an amazing day last Saturday was as we fed over 100 people at the Columbia Yacht club in South Boston. On the menu was Texas style prime beef brisket,ribs, pork belly burnt ends, mac & cheese, fresh cut corn with jalapeño, lime, salt and pepper, and sweet vinegar slaw.
