Until then , 👀 at the GDICC page☘️ The Greater Danbury Irish Festival will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024 from 12 - 10 p.m. & Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024 from 12 - 6 p.m. on the Danbury CityCenter Green! For more than two decades, the Greater Danbury Irish Festival has brought traditional Irish culture to the area through music, art, food and dance. It
has been a vehicle to raise funds to open a cultural center focusing on all things Irish in our community. For two days, attendees will enjoy the sights, smells and sounds of Ireland as the GDICC & GDICF welcome artists, dancers, performers and musicians to the festival to showcase their talents and wares. Children and families will enjoy special activities such as face painting and arts and crafts. Young adults and foodies will sample traditional Irish fare from the Emerald Isle such as Guinness and Harp beers and of course good old corned beef and cabbage. Toes will be tapping and fingers will be snapping as people of all ages embrace all things Irish during this fun-filled weekend. Deck yourself out in your finest green and head down for a weekend of Irish culture you won’t soon forget!
