Our Team Member of the Month this Month is none other than the undisputed "Face of Meritage" herself, Tacy Infante.
-
While catching up with Tacy, we talked goals for the year and for Tacy, that meant, in a word, growth.
-
"Our team has been working very hard to grow the brand and bring on new clients that reflect the additional business offerings we have. We are also looking to shake things up a bit for the 20th anniversary of Meritage in 2025 - more to come on that!"
-
In addition to celebrating 20 years in business, Tacy is enjoying the experience of our current growth phase, along with all the current employees. "We have recently added a few team members and it is always fun see how they fit into our work family and the new and great offerings they bring."

Speaking of some new and great things...Tacy has been going through some fun new changes at home as well. "Personally, my daughter started middle school, so I am just trying to enjoy the ride and stay current on Gen Alpha slang, so I know what she is talking about. Haha!"

As with all TMOTM posts, we had to ask for any shoutouts she would like to give and Tacy specifically wanted to give some love to, "Meg, my dog. She is always sitting so pretty in the back of all my video calls, being the best girl ever." We agree Tacy, pups are the best.

On this Team Member Tuesday we are catching up with our President and Co-Owner, Katie Day!

When discussing her goals for the year, she says it's all about bringing Meritage to new heights.
"We're actively seeking new opportunities and avenues to expand our services and grow into a larger, more dynamic agency. It's all about pushing boundaries and enhancing what we offer to our clients."

Katie has always been forward-thinking and a catalyst behind some of our most recent strategic partnerships. Katie positively glows when she says,
"I'm eagerly anticipating the new and different opportunities that lie ahead for our company. While it's a bit daunting to venture into uncharted territory, it's also incredibly exciting. I can't wait to see how our various initiatives will unfold and contribute to making us even better than we are today."

After a year of traveling across the US and living in Arkansas for three years, Katie has moved back to Texas. "Being back in my home state feels amazing. I'm thrilled to be close to my family and friends again and to enjoy the familiarity and warmth of home." We couldn't be happier to have her back.

Katie would like to give a special shoutout to fellow team member, Mendie Triguero. "She has embraced her new role as GM for Meritage with incredible grace and skill. Mendie brings a sense of calm to our hectic environment and manages everything with such finesse. She never lets a ball drop and always remembers the important details about each team member, celebrating their achievements. Her ability to connect with everyone and help them grow is truly inspiring."
