But here’s the thing: staying on budget isn’t necessarily about how much you have to spend. It’s about where you allocate it.

Every couple has different priorities. Maybe incredible florals are at the top of your list. Maybe it’s a live band, an amazing culinary experience, or photography you’ll have forever.

And some of those priorities simply come with higher associated costs. Large-scale florals cost more. Live entertainment costs more. Certain venues, rentals, and guest experiences cost more.

That doesn’t mean you can’t have a beautiful wedding at a lower budget — you absolutely can. It means your budget should reflect your priorities, rather than trying to fit every wedding trend into one day.

As a planner, I can work with a wide range of budgets. My job isn’t to tell you what you should spend — it’s to help you understand what things realistically cost, decide what matters most to you, and allocate your budget intentionally.

Because a $30K wedding and a $100K wedding can both feel incredibly special when the money is spent on the things that matter most to the couple.

without a doubt, the most rewarding part of a wedding day is seeing each couple relax and just be themselves!
