Rumor has it that the fare from Wichita to San Francisco has dropped to $161 r/t. The deal is on Kayak.com through Delta.

So here's the final deal on hotels. We'll have the block at Meritage for those who want to stay there. The other two hotels we'll run the shuttle from will be the Travelodge that we mentioned earlier and Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham Napa Valley.

The rate on Priceline.com is cheaper than what we could get in a block so if that's where you're looking to stay, just go ahead and book through Priceline.com

One other option we found that's in the same vicinity as the other hotels is the Travelodge in Napa. Last time we checked it was under $100/night. The reviews don't sound that great but for those who are looking to stay with a smaller budget, it could be a good option for you.

Okay! First hotel block is available! It's at the Meritage Resort in Napa. The rate is $229 a night. To book call 707-251-1900 or 866-370-6272 and ask for the Stuart Courtesy Wedding Block. We just sent the contract in this morning so it might be a few hours before its available.

This is where we will be staying. The other hotel is only 5-7 minutes down the road though so either way, we'll all be relatively close together.

Seriously... getting really close on the hotels. We're going to have two options. One will be around $120/$165 (weeknight/weekend) a night. The other around $230 a night. We're just waiting on the contracts to be sent over so hopefully we'll have something concrete for you all by the end of this week.
