Recipients of kindness also tend to feel better about themselves, and kindness can encourage people experiencing anxiety, depression, and other concerns. Therapists frequently try to practice kindn

ess and acceptance toward others, and will require the same within this Page.

2. Hateful speech interferes with our ability to communicate with others and to empathize. Because it so often relies on stereotypes and scapegoating, it negatively impacts our ability to address the root causes of problems. Therefore hate speech or any other kind of bullying will not be accepted here. It has the ability to create positive experiences for ourselves and compels us to come back for more.

Therapy Presents teams up with Texas Theatre to bring you an unforgettable Depeche Mode Night!

On Tuesday October 28th, Texas Theatre will show the new Depeche Mode movie, M, starting at 7PM. Immediately following the movie, Therapy will present DJ's Jay Sustain & TRPL E to keep the party going with your favorite music from your favorite band.

We've renewed our contract with Cold Beer Company through the end of the year! Look for Thursday Night Therapy | 80s, 90s, New Wave, Retro the 3rd Thursday of EVERY month from 7pm - Midnight.

This month it will be September 18th with DJ, Jay Sustain.
