Nick's recent open heart surgery has now allowed him to be accepted into Mayo Clinic's transplant program. This involves several trip to Florida. When Nick receives his kidney we will need to stay in Florida for a minimum of 4 weeks post transplant. I am raising funds to off set those expens...
