Done a little grilling today! I love to sit outside and smoke good food or grill some meat. Weather it’s on the Boss smoker, my black stone griddle, Charlie Boy broiler, or my small grill I can sit on my porch and grill from.

We will be making baked potatoes for our next plates to sell, this coming weekend August 28, 2021. You will get a baked potato with sour cream, butter, cheese and chopped beef with some of our homemade BBQ sauce for $8 a plate. Refer a friend who buys a plate and we will give a discount. Pickup at 4pm that Saturday. PM us, comment or text/call us if interested. We, also accept Venmo, cash app, zelle, cards and cash!!!

Taking a poll for the next order of plates we sell: baked potatoes with pulled pork, chicken tacos, tacos Al Pastor, barbacoa tacos, hog dawg (bacon wrapped hot dog, pulled pork, crispy onions, cheese and BBQ sauce) or Chicken Wings with either smoked cheese sausage or Jalapeño sausage. This is my newest creation and definitely will be on our menu! I call it the Hog Dawg. It’s a bacon wrapped hotdog topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese and French fried onions for a lil crunch. This was so good!

Finished product. Pulled pork, Mac N cheese and a little BBQ sauce. Delicious.
