Not the planning. Not the design. The part where somebody makes sure it all actually happens.

Here’s everything that happens before a Bloom Bar ever gets to you. 🌸

Stems get sorted, trimmed, and conditioned. The cart gets styled and you get a detailed photo so that when you set up your event, buckets get arranged so guests know exactly what to do without anyone having to explain it.

Then it goes out the door and I don’t see it again until the photos come back.

The last three here are from the client. That’s the part I love — watching it live in somebody else’s space, doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Most people think event coordination is about decor.

It's actually about the email, phone calls, and meetings. 🤍

This week alone: vendor calls, sponsorship conversations, walkthroughs, timeline revisions, and a dozen small decisions.

That's the work. Not the pretty part — the part that makes the pretty part possible.

When I coordinate an event, I'm not just showing up on the day. I'm the person fielding every vendor question, chasing every confirmation, and building the plan that lets the host walk in and actually be present.

I disappeared for a minute.

Not because things slowed down — because they didn’t. A Reset Series event, coordination work for Seasoned Conversations, and a Bloom Bar that’s grown into something.

I kept choosing the work over documenting the work. I’d do it again. But I missed you.

A first for us. 🌸

Last weekend, our Bloom Bar made its debut at Reset & Realign — and watching guests gather their own stems to carry home was every bit as sweet as we hoped.

The Bloom Bar is our flower bar experience: a soft, hands-on moment that adds beauty and intention to any gathering. Showers, birthdays, weddings, wellness mornings, brand moments — anywhere you want guests to slow down and take a little something home.
