🎈-ONE YEAR-🎈
Hard to believe today marks one year of Southern Root Events! I took a leap of faith on August 16th, 2025, started this page, and began formally accepting clients. I could write a book on everything I’ve learned and how much I’ve grown, but today I want to talk about the things you didn’t see.
You saw the pretty setups and the awkward videos of myself, but what you didn’t see was how much this little side gig has meant to me personally. I was walking through a season where I desperately needed some sunshine—something that reminded me there is so much more to life than the things we’re waiting and praying for. God has given me so many gifts to be grateful for, and Southern Root Events became one of the biggest reminders of that.
And boy, did He show up. And He brought me all of you! 🤍
I can’t say how truly grateful I am for every person who has reached out, interacted with my posts, trusted me with your special moments, or simply encouraged me along the way. You probably don’t realize just how much your support has meant to me and how much joy this little business has brought into my life.
A year later, I’m wiser, more focused, and my faith is stronger. I’ve learned that God can bring purpose and joy into our lives in the most unexpected ways, and I’m trusting Him with whatever comes next. ❣️
So truly, thank you for being here and being part of this first year of Southern Root Events!
