The rain has cleared, and the fun is about to begin! Tucker Family Concessions is set up at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater in Decatur, for the Revel in Red concert and fireworks! Come on out, grab a , funnel cakes, hand-dipped corn dogs, and all your favorite treats. Let’s make it a night to remember! Stay for the Fireworks after the concert!

One of the best parts of Rowathon day? You won’t have to leave to grab lunch!

We’re excited to have Tucker Family Concessions set up in our back parking lot from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, serving up hot, fresh smash burgers, crispy ribbon fries, and more! 🤤

The best part? Tucker Family Concessions will be donating a portion of all their proceeds back to our Rowathon fundraiser, so every meal you purchase helps support the Wittmer family.

You can fuel up before your row (if you’re brave enough 😅) or reward yourself with a well-earned burger and fries after you finish. Either way, you’ll be enjoying great food for a great cause!

Don’t forget:
🥤 You’re welcome to bring your own beverages if you’d like.
🪑 Pop-up chairs are encouraged, so bring one along, relax, cheer on the other teams, and make a day of it!

We are extremely grateful to be the only food truck at the upcoming Springfield Toy and Comic Fest next weekend. We may not be able to beat $2 slices of Papa John's Pizza. We’re not fancy, but we’re all about fresh, mouthwatering food served with top-notch customer service. At Tucker Family Concessions, we’re building our business one satisfied customer at a time!"

Midwest Toy and Comic Fest Springfield Comic-Con Celebrity got a spotlight on Deandre "SipTheKid" Smith.

Deandre SipTheKid Smith is an Actor from Waterloo, Iowa. He was born on March 13,1991 in Waterloo, Iowa. He was born in Waterloo, Iowa and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. He spent some of his childhood in Morgan City, Mississippi. He is the oldest of his mother three kids. He grew up very fast he became the man of the house at a young age. He got his first job at 14 years of age to provide for his family. His mother wasn't able to work so he took care of his mom and two brothers all by himself. After working many different jobs things such as a delivery driver, a warehouse worker, and customer service he decided to chase his dream as an actor. He took being an Actor serious after his mom, brother, and grandmother died. They all died months apart in the year 2018. Since taking acting serious he has appeared in over ten films, Squid Game The Challenge on Netflix, Adidas campaign, and even appeared on a game show with Jay Leno and many more television series.

Free on-site parking, $10 single day admission, $20 weekend pass.

Family day is Sunday April 19th, kids 12 and under are free, accompanied by an adult.

📣 Illinois Food Truck Owners, Trailer Operators, Carts & Mobile Vendors — We Need Your Help

HB1052 is an important bill that would help bring clearer and more consistent regulations for mobile food vendors across Illinois.

Right now, food trucks often face different interpretations of rules from county to county, which creates confusion for both vendors and regulators. HB1052 helps move Illinois toward a more consistent regulatory framework while maintaining strong food safety standards and health department oversight.

This bill directly affects every mobile food vendor operating in Illinois.

📧 Step 1 – Email Your State Representative

We are asking mobile food vendors to take a few minutes to email their Illinois State House Representative and ask them to:

✔ Support HB1052
✔ Consider co-sponsoring the bill

The witness slip process will reopen once the committee hearing is rescheduled.

As soon as the new hearing date is announced and the witness slips become available again, we will post the updated link so vendors can submit their support.

Winter’s almost behind us… and that can only mean one thing 👀
☀️ Food truck season is right around the corner!
Longer days, warmer weather, community events, and fresh food served right out the window — we can’t wait to get back out across Central Illinois doing what we love.
