Midwest Toy and Comic Fest Springfield Comic-Con Celebrity got a spotlight on Deandre "SipTheKid" Smith.

Deandre SipTheKid Smith is an Actor from Waterloo, Iowa. He was born on March 13,1991 in Waterloo, Iowa. He was born in Waterloo, Iowa and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. He spent some of his childhood in Morgan City, Mississippi. He is the oldest of his mother three kids. He grew up very fast he became the man of the house at a young age. He got his first job at 14 years of age to provide for his family. His mother wasn't able to work so he took care of his mom and two brothers all by himself. After working many different jobs things such as a delivery driver, a warehouse worker, and customer service he decided to chase his dream as an actor. He took being an Actor serious after his mom, brother, and grandmother died. They all died months apart in the year 2018. Since taking acting serious he has appeared in over ten films, Squid Game The Challenge on Netflix, Adidas campaign, and even appeared on a game show with Jay Leno and many more television series.

Come see all of our wonderful celebrities and vendors at the Illinois State Fairgrounds at the Orr building From 10:00 a.m. To 4:00 p.m. on April 18th and 19th, 2026.

Free on-site parking, $10 single day admission, $20 weekend pass.

Family day is Sunday April 19th, kids 12 and under are free, accompanied by an adult.

HB1052 is an important bill that would help bring clearer and more consistent regulations for mobile food vendors across Illinois.

Right now, food trucks often face different interpretations of rules from county to county, which creates confusion for both vendors and regulators. HB1052 helps move Illinois toward a more consistent regulatory framework while maintaining strong food safety standards and health department oversight.

This bill directly affects every mobile food vendor operating in Illinois.

📧 Step 1 – Email Your State Representative

We are asking mobile food vendors to take a few minutes to email their Illinois State House Representative and ask them to:

✔ Consider co-sponsoring the bill

Longer days, warmer weather, community events, and fresh food served right out the window — we can’t wait to get back out across Central Illinois doing what we love.

We're looking forward to a busy year and are excited to reconnect with you all as spring arrives. Our schedule is shaping up nicely, with two trailers on the road and appearances at the Midwest Toy and Comic Fest, The Devon Amphitheater, Finders Market in Decatur, Lovington Summer Fest, Findlay Walleye Festival, Scarecrow Daze, and Pana Tri County Fair, among others. We have a great mix of new and returning shows and invite you to join us at these events. Don't forget to spread the word and encourage your event coordinators to book us for their events.

Winter is a great time to learn something new and a great time to bake. Join Joanna Hardy Wednesday, Feb 18 at noon to learn how to make your sourdough starter. Tucker's Tucker Family Concessions LLC will be there to serve both class participants or anyone who loves their burgers, corn dogs, fries, drinks and more.

We will be doing our first event of the year very early. We normally do not operate in the extreme cold weather, however when it is for a great cause to help out with a benefit to help a family, we will make sacrifices! Come out and help support a young man that has faced tragedy and could use some help!
