Creative Wheels Caravan

Having a mobile print studio to use is pretty awesome 🤩🙌🏻

People often ask me, “how do you get it all done?” And I never really know how to answer that. I think the answer is… I just figure it out. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤪

We leave for Tennessee in ONE week! I have 5 shirt orders to finish in the next 3 days and no dedicated work space at the moment. So today, Creative Wheels Caravan is my print shop. Fingers crossed my generator starts up right away so I can also have light in there while I work!

Oh, and yes…that is a 14ft yellow kayak inside the caravan because we’re also using it as storage right now. 🛶

Is this the idea setup? Nope.
Is it convenient? Definitely not.
Am I still going to get these orders done? Yep.

Sometimes there isn’t a perfect plan or a perfect workspace or even enough hours in the day. You use what you have, work when you can, and figure it out as you go.

10 years into running a business and apparently that’s how I started, made it work over the years, and still get it all done. ❤️

Been pretty quiet over here while all the planning, logistics and downright chaos 🤪 of moving multiple states takes place behind the scenes. Our beloved crafting caravan is currently resting in a lovely spot waiting for her big trip down south!

Join us this weekend! 💕

As many of you know, our family is getting ready for our next adventure in Tennessee. Before we go, I wanted to do something special for the community that has supported my small business from the start 10 years ago.

This Saturday (7/11) from 1:00-3:00pm I will be hosting a Community Thank You Event!

I’ll have:
✨ free shirts, hats, tote bags, and other leftover inventory
✨ craft supplies and materials looking for a new creative home
✨ a chance to stop by, say hello, and catch up before we move
✨ light snacks, cookies and hugs!

Whether you’ve order one shirt or dozens over the years, shared my posts, recommended my business, or simply cheered me on…Thank You! Your support has meant more than you know, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without this amazing community.

Everything will be first come, first served, and my hope is that these items find new homes with people who have made the last decade so special.

I would absolutely love to see familiar faces one more time before we head south. ❤️

Saturday, July 11th
1:00-3:00pm
Lauren’s house
North Coventry, CT

Many of you have been here for camp and workshops or to pick up an order, but please message me if you need my address.

I hope to see you!

✨A New Chapter for Our Family & Businesses ✨

After much thought, planning, and visiting over the last seven years, our family is officially beginning a new adventure. We have listed our house here in Connecticut and will be relocating to East Tennessee in August!

This is bittersweet to share because CT is where both Three Turtles Studio and Creative Wheels Caravan were born. What started as creative ideas around our kitchen table grew into businesses that connected me with incredible families, schools, organizations, and fellow small business owners throughout our community.

To every customer who placed an order, attended a workshop, booked a party, shared our posts, or simply cheered me on…thank you! Your support helped turn dreams into reality, and I am so grateful.

While I will miss the amazing community we’ve built here, I am excited for what lies ahead. Custom apparel and mobile parties aren’t going anywhere, they will just have a new home base in TN!

Over the next couple of months, I will continue to share updates, behind-the-scene fun from our move, and what the future holds for both businesses.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.

Our Slime Studio party has quickly become a favorite! Decorate the jar, make the slime, add the mix-ins, and top it off with the charms. A hands-on birthday party with a built-in favor…and I take care of the set-up, facilitation, and clean-up. It’s a win for all! 🥳🎨

Happy 1st Birthday in retirement! 🥳 He retired from being an amazing detective and was immediately promoted to stay-at-home dad, homeschool assistant, and the best business partner I could ask for! We are all loving having him home. Thank you for all that you do, Steve! We love you! ❤️🫶🏻

Boys love crafts just as much as girls do! When discussing my mobile parties and craft camps, many assume it's mostly girls attending. However, I've seen firsthand that boys, even those who claim they aren’t ‘crafty,' become fully engaged in their projects and work hard too. This Craft Camp trio is a great example! 🤩🎨

Our trailer graphics are top-notch! The blank easel is my favorite feature 🤩 Perfect for displaying your work and snapping a photo! 🎨📸
