A nutty twist on our candied bacon

Grilled onions, two ways - because everyone likes choices.

Add some jalapeños for some heat.

Put together a burger with wagyu beef, sliced pear, medium cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles, candied bacon with chopped pecans and a little grilled onion and Jalepeno.

For some, this has been a way of life and routine- for others, this is a step back into a time that has been nearly erased through population growth and urban sprawl. These shelves, tables, and baskets are filled with seasonal fruits and vegetables, sourced for being farm fresh.

Supporting stores like this and the occasional roadside stand - supports local farming, small business ranching, and local family entrepreneurs.

A nostalgic walk through a way of life that built communities, and a nation.
