Hi, I’m Cynthia - founder, designer, planner, mom, wife, friend, and the heart behind Hadley and Ren.
Most days, I’m juggling a dozen roles and just trying to keep my head above water, but this work is what grounds me, challenges me, and fills me up in the best ways. I started this business not just to create beauty, but to show my daughters that you can turn grief into purpose, and that strength and softness can coexist.
I love building relationships with clients, collaborating with talented vendors, and nurturing a team that leads with the same level of care and intention I pour into every decision within the business.
This business has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined, and my hope is that it continues to inspire not only my family, but my team, and this incredible community that makes it all possible. 🤎
