Hi Friends, I have to break the news that I have sold my food truck. I want to thank all of you for the support in my endeavors. It was a pleasure to meet and serve you all.

I have frozen meatballs and frozen beer braised pork for purchase. Let Sweet Caroline's Street Cuisine ease your stress of entertaining this holiday season.

I have meatballs in various size packages ranging from 50 meatballs for $25.00 or 100 meatballs for $50.00.

Beer braised pork 5lbs for $25.00 or 10 lbs for $50.00.

Meatballs - $.50 per meatball
2- 90 count packages not cooked in sauce.

In sauce I have a variety of packages.
1- 35 count-* SOLD*
6- 50 count
4- 70 count
5- 75 count
6 - 100 count
I would cook them in sauce for an additional 4 or 5 more hours then ready to serve with your favorite pasta!! Yummy!!!

Beer braised pork- $ 5.00 per pound

5 lbs will yield approximately 10 - 12
6 oz portions

10 lbs will yield approximately 20-25
6 oz portions

1- 2 lb package
4- 5 lb packages
1- 9 lb package
16- 10 lb packages
1- 11 lb package

Thaw, heat and serve!!!

Thank you Wooly Pig Farm Brewery for a great Friday!!! We dodged many, many rain drops but the crowd came out anyways!!! The beer ice cream and fruit pizza were a big hit.

We'll see what kind food I can come up with next time using your awesome beer!!

On a hot day, what better to cool off than Wooly Pig Farm Brewery own Schwarzbier beer ice cream sandwiches, a beer ice cream sundae or a slice of fruit pizza!!! Yummy!!!!

Stop today (Friday) from 3pm- 9pm and get them while supplies last.

Enjoy some great food too. We have meatball subs, roast beef subs, pork or chicken rice bowls and more!!! Don't forget to pair it with Woolie Pigs awesome beer!!!

We can't forget dessert

Beer ice cream with Woolie Pigs own Schwarzbier

Used the beer ice cream to make an ice cream sandwich to beat the heat. Chocolate brownie with beer ice cream in the middle.

Dessert pizza with a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese topping with strawberries and blueberries!!!

Saturday we raised $58.00 for the I AM ALS organization. Sweet Caroline's Street Cuisine LLC will match that and round up to $120.00. Thank you so much Guernsey Brewhouse!!! I appreciate all the generosity. Every little bit will help. Hopefully we'll find a cure for this horrendous disease. Much love!!!

Tomorrow's the day, Saturday June 14th!!! Sweet Caroline's Street Cuisine will be at Guernsey Brewhouse from 3-8pm. It may be rainy but the food will be awesome!!!

We will be having an ALS fundraiser. We will donate $1.00 of every dessert sold to the I AM ALS organization. I have included my story to share with you why it is important to me.

Come to Guernsey Brewhouse in Cambridge next Saturday June 14th from 1pm-8pm to enjoy great beer, great food and great atmosphere.

We have made slow braised pork using their own Sasquatch Cervesa.

For something sweet we have used their
S-Bridge Chocolate Cake Stout to make ice cream, yes I said ice cream and hot fudge sauce!!! Yummy!!!
