What is Day-of wedding assistance/coordination?

Day-of wedding assistance or coordination is all about ensuring the bride, groom, and their families can enjoy a seamless and stress-free wedding day. As a day-of coordinator, I step in to handle the details and logistics on the actual day of the event. This includes managing the timeline, making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule, and being the primary point of contact for vendors and venue staff.

I also take care of personal touches, such as steaming the bridal party’s dresses, ensuring the groomsmen’s suits are pressed and clean, and acting as a “runner” for the bride, fetching anything she needs throughout the day. During the wedding photos, I hold any necessary items and help the couple with positioning or adjustments to ensure everything looks picture-perfect. My job is to handle the behind-the-scenes tasks so the couple and their loved ones can focus on enjoying their celebration.
