Yesterday I had a huge cater. This cater was multiple items not just one big dish. They had chicken alfredo (salad and croissants not posted), enchiladas, rice and beans. Birria tacos and Mac&Cheese. Saturdays catering was mini tacos, charro beans and rice. Customer provided the supplies and I just charged for the labor. I really wish I would have been able to set up and serve to get a full plate set up. Book your next catering with me.
