We would like to express our most sincere gratitude to all of you who supported us the past four summers. After the site was damaged by the excessive rain last season, we found it would take a greater effort and expense to rebuild than we are able to provide. A large part of the driving force behind the concert series is now gone. I never realized until she passed, how much of this was for Janice.

We may attempt a few one-off shows at the Cornwall Town Hall. And we're excited to see one our favorite bands, one that got their start here is becoming popular. Please follow Blues Without Borders and catch a few of their shows this summer.

Good morning. We have some bad news. We are canceling the remainder of the WCBCS calendar due to excessive storm damage and broken spirit.The canopy is destroyed (again) and the ground underneath is so soft that the footings are not safe. Too much moisture has comprised the integrity of the wooden stage. It's not safe. We do not have the time, resources or emotional fortitude to rebuild. We thank you all for a fantastic 3 and a half seasons of live local music. We'll see how things shape up for 2024.

At the WCBCS one of our biggest concerns is the safety of our guests as well as performers. Rain and lightning are potentially hazardous, especially when we add electricity to the mix. We are watching the forecast closely and are currently in a conversation with Shady J and Patrick. Hopefully we will be making a decision shortly on whether or not we can go on with today's show.
