πΆοΈ Creamy Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas π§
From our kitchen to yours β this simple, cheesy comfort meal is a Two Tall favorite and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or sharing with friends!
Hereβs what you need:
1 can of chicken, drained
1 block of cream cheese
1 small can of green chilis
2 tbsp dry chicken broth seasoning
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
10 flour tortillas
1 pint cream or half & half
How to make it:
In a skillet, heat your drained chicken.
Stir in cream cheese, green chilis, chicken broth seasoning, cumin, and salt. Mix until warm and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into tortillas, sprinkle with a little pepper jack, and roll 'em up!
Place the enchiladas in a greased baking dish.
Top with the rest of your pepper jack cheese and pour cream or half & half all over the top.
Bake at 350Β°F for 15β20 minutes until bubbly.
Want that golden top? Broil for just a few minutes to finish!
