CALLING ALL PARTY & EVENT VENDORS!
Over the past year I have met so many different party vendors from sweets to inflatables and with that, Black Diamond Studio Venue is considering hosting an Open House & Vendor Showcase on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at the venue and we’re looking to see who may be interested in participating before finalizing plans!

Vendor booths/stations would be available for $25 and would provide an opportunity to:

✨ Showcase your products and services
✨ Network with potential clients and other event professionals
✨ Generate leads and book future events
✨ Increase your visibility in the community

Our goal is to create a one-stop event planning experience where guests can tour the venue and connect with local event professionals all in one place.

We are looking for vendors such as:
• Caterers & Bakers
• Event Planners & Coordinators
• Balloon Artists & Decorators
• Bounce House & Party Rental Companies
• DJs, Photographers & Videographers
• Florists & Treat Vendors
• Game & Entertainment Providers
• Party Favor & Custom Gift Vendors
• Any other party and event-related businesses

A great day for a grad party!
