🔥 HE DIDN’T BUILD THIS BUSINESS TO BE THE BOSS. HE BUILT IT TO DO WHAT HE LOVES! ❤️

Happy Boss’s Day to Matt Stolze, owner and pitmaster of Stolze’s SmokeHouse!

Behind every brisket, every long night, and every event we serve is a man who pours his heart into what he does.

For Matt, it’s never been just about BBQ. It’s about serving others, bringing people together, and building something with purpose.

The hours are long, the work isn't easy, but his passion never stops burning. 🔥

Happy Boss’s Day to the man behind the smoke! ❤️

❤️ Sometimes, it’s about so much more than BBQ.

When a woman tells us her husband’s favorite food was pulled pork, and she chooses Stolze’s SmokeHouse to serve it at his celebration of life… ❤️

Or when another woman tells us our potato salad reminds her of her mother’s…

Those moments remind us that food is more than just something we eat. It’s memories. It’s love. It’s comfort. It’s connection.

To know that something we prepare with our hands can touch someone’s heart, bring back a cherished memory, or provide comfort during a difficult time is an honor we don't take lightly.

This is why we do what we do. It's not just about feeding people. It's about serving others, loving our neighbors, and being a small part of the moments that matter most.

From our hearts, thank you for allowing Stolze’s SmokeHouse to be part of your stories. ❤️

Faith. Family. Food. Purpose.

By the time you smell the BBQ, we've already put in the hours.⏰️

The fires have been burning, the pits have been working, and every piece of meat has been getting the attention it deserves.

Because around here, we don't rush good BBQ. We respect the process. 🔥

Posts like this mean more than you know! ❤️ Every share and recommendation helps our small business be seen and grow. We’re so grateful for a community that continues to show up, support local, and cheer us on. Thank you! 🔥
