As much as I enjoy a boutique fitness experience or a home workout, my happy place is a warm and welcoming community fitness center like the Dublin Community Recreation Center. Inclusion is totally my jam! It feels great to work out in a setting where everybody belongs.

He didn’t see himself as a “lifter” but today, he does.
